  •  Membership drive for AUT completed. Hamid will update on the progress and activities thereof at AUT SB.
  • Loreen Ozolins facilitated a WIE strategic session (5 year plan) which I attended. The current WIE executive team and Hengjie the SB Chair also attended. It was a 3 1/2 session which was very productive.
  • I attended the AU SB committe meetings.  Everything fine and cooridination of the volunteers with R10 SAC organizing committee is working fine. No issues there.
  • The AU SB completed successfully their Practice Interview sessions.  I attended the closing ceremony and got good positive feedback from the industry interviewers.
  • AU SB are successful this year in getting the USD $500 SPAVE funding. But it appears that this fund is getting  more competitive and we might not get full support in future.
  •
  • With regards to the 2011 R10 Student/GOLD/WIE preparation, The SAC  has been fully  involved with all the planning, scheduling and financial aspects. More details by Hengjie.
