You will need to purchase/register for access to MikesBikes, and that costs about $63.

Smartsims will email you login details to access the software (in case you need to use the simulation on your own computer).

There is no required textbook for this course (all readings are available on Canvas). All you need purchase is access to MikesBikes.

There are two versions of MikesBikes available on the SmartSims, you will be using at MikesBikes Advanced.

For the first week, you will need to access the MikesBikes Advanced Single-Player (AKA SoloMike) version. The software is installed in the computer labs of OGGB.

Should you need to run MikesBikes at home, you can download the software from SmartSims. At the SmartSims site, you can also access a web-based version of the software.

On the SmartSims website there is a manual and a guide when you log in which explains all the different aspects of the simulation. This manual is very helpful in understanding the simulation and how to be successful.

Here is a short introductory video to Using MikesBikes in which shows how to get to over $20 in Shareholder value (SHV).
